Yes there will be an increase in mileage, I have 4.56's on 38's and am getting 10-11 city, 12-14 hwy. I'm sure it would be better, but driving habits have alot to do with it.

Better.

I'm running 4.88s with 37s with about 50/50 driving. I'm getting about 13 mpg right now and on the highway I can get about 15 mpg driving 70.
