Help with u joint removal for an 04

I`m ready to replace u joints ,3 total . But I`m stumped, I see no C clips of any kind on these joints. Is there some special tool or are they pressed in. I`ve done this b4 on my chevy!

Did find a thread saying that 2004 were permanent with the diff. Is this true?

Non serviceable. When I had my driveshaft replaced the u joints in it had c clips. So They took out one DS with non serviceable u joints and put in another with serviceable u joints.

Should be, I had mine changed because of a driveline vibration under a TSB. If you're under warranty, ask your dealer.

I have about 8000 miles left on warranty. But will they cover it with my lift and oversized tires ?
