Yeah, I hear you. Even makes me cringe when I'm doing about 2,300 rpms in a v8 doing 55 mph... as what my Dakota outputs with the 3.92's, but the final O/D ratio is 0.73 compared to my F150's which is 0.79 in O/D.

I think personally... I should just stick to what I've got; the 4.10s. I think I would be happier if I just started laying my cards right and getting more out of the engine, instead of screwing around with the stock garbage. The only means of going about that is FI to squeeze any more out of that 4.2l.

Well then... case closed.
