Will this radio work in an f150? I bought a sub, but i need a headunit with the port for the sub.

Here is the link to it:

I just hooked up a shaker 500 HU in my 04 ( won it at woodward ) the hook up looked identical to the ebay pics.

One thing i did need was an antenna adapter, I searched the forums here and found the part number but it was the wrong one. The one used was purchased at circut city 40-CR20 Chrysler Vehicle antenna adapter cable (2002-up chrysler factory radio with snap-lock to universal antenna )

what HU do you have now, isnt it the same as that one on a 04

Yes, it looks the same as mine, but it has the extra port on the back for the audiophile sub. Are all these headunits the same? Or do they program them differently?

Thanks

Yeah that looks like my old one. I sold my head unit and sub a year ago for almost $400. The only thing you would need is the wiring that connects the head unit to the sub. I left mine in my truck because i did'nt want to go thought the trouble of taking it out. System sounded good but i put a 15" Kicker Solobaric.

Go to the dealership and see how much and model number for a F150 to make sure it would work.
