Pinion seal
wait!!! i forgot!!! i did have to replace a u-joint. it was squeaking real bad. i think that is the reason the seal went bad but just so you know. one of the 4 posts had basically eaten the needle bearings. nothing but dust.
Thats not my point. Do you realize how much your tailshaft is coming out of the transfer case? It's not a very good idea, especially if you plan on offroading. A driveshaft falling out isn't a fun thing.

Oh, ok. I thought you were saying the that cause the seal was leaking he needed a new driveshaft. I got ya now, your saying cause he has like 10in or so of lift in the rear, he needs a longer driveshaft.
All I can say is when you mod out like you have (by they looks great) your on your own when it come to warranty issues along those lines. It would take some big chimy-chungs to walk into the dealer and ask for some warranty work to be done.
