True Flow air filter

Any info on this filter would be appreciated. Is it a good filter that truly filters properly, and when cleaning it, do you have to apply any kind of oil coating, or is it a dry filter?

I was just browsing and found it here: http://www.f150store.com/Shop/ViewPr...&PlateTypeID=1
Cheers

One more thing.

MGDfan; do you believe one might gain 20+ rwhp/torque by using such a filter?

LOL, no shiat, neither does an entire cold air intake

I checked out that vid runnerboy. As long as that test was all above board, it definitely looks like a promising acquisition, if not for the money savings, for the great filtration this filter seems to offer.
As long as it doesn't need to be oiled when cleaning it, I think I may order that along with these sill plates to protect the truck better than the crappy "fronts only" that came with the truck:

I found out this filter needs to be oiled. I think I'll stay away from it.
