Has any one had any problems will the door entry scuff gaurds peeling up? If so did the dealership do a good job at replacing them or did you do it yourself? My truck is still under warranty so I will have them replaced under it. The problem is I've got alot of air bubbles that have formed under it.

 

My truck only came with a scuff gaurd on the driver side,none on the passenger side.The oem scuff gaurd only covered half of the paint on the door sill anyway so I bought some StepShields to really protect the paint.
It was worth the $40 to me, to not have to haggle with the dealer.

Yes they have 2 strips of 2 sided tape on the bottom.The store I got them from (VIP discount Tires and Parts) is local to Maine and New Hamshire and they don't sell online.
Just find a place that sells Auto Vent Shade products and you should be able to find the step shields.

 

I have issues with air bubbles under mine .. I am going to ask them about it in a couple weeks, along with my seat problem, when they are working on my AC.

for right now, I just keep trying to work the bubbles to the edge, so I can get rid of them.

 

Could you please tell if these will fit 2007 FX4 SuperCab, and if so a part number. I can not find ones that look like that, they look like oem parts. They look good. Thank You.
