also consider that the black truck doesnt have a AAL, just the procomp block. this means his back end is saggin a tiny bit, where as your back end is sitting a little bit higher then your front end. this could affect how high the valance is (and appears to be) off the ground.

Camera angles. The pic from Procomp is taken with the camera much lower to the ground. Heck, if you are laying on the ground a leveling kit looks like an enormous amount of lift...

Ok I took some measurments.

GROUND to BOTTOM OF VALENCE: 19.4"
GROUND to TOP OF VALENCE/BOTTOM OF STEEL BUMPER: 24.7"
GROUND to TOP OF STEEL BUMPER: 33.9
GROUND to HEAD OF TOW HOOK BOLT: 24.8"

Based on the ground to bumper and valence measurments, the bumper valence on a 2006-2007 is 5.4" in height and the steel bumper is 9" in height. Could someone with a 2004-2005 measure their bumper and valence heights?

I also see a lot of people request BOTTOM OF MIRROR to GROUND measurments, so I took that as well... it's 57.4".

Sweet. I was worried the coilovers didn't give that much more lift(didn't measure before the swap). I got 2.5"-3" on all those numbers. 37's here I come.

What lift do you have and what coilovers did you go with?

Oh also, BOTTOM OF REAR BUMPER to GROUND: 26.2"

Nevermind, I see you have the PC lift too and went with the PC coilovers. Where did you buy them from and if you don't mind me asking, how much did you give for them?

Also, I noticed in your gallery picture that your cam adjustments on the front crossmember are on the front of the truck. They're supposed to be on the back of the crossmember on the PC lift. Are you sure your front crossmember isn't in backwards?

Oh that's right, I forgot you were the one who won those. I didn't even have my ProComp lift yet and I almost bid on them. Awesome deal man... I'm jealous.

About the front crossmember, yeah I guess if it works then it's ok. Did you install the lift yourself? Did the lower control arms fit in ok?

How does the truck ride with the coilovers cranked that much?

sorry for the camera phone pics. but now all I need is that lift and tires....
Why in the world do you have half of an 80's Chevy Dually hanging in your rafters?

And Baja, looks nice. When I first saw the thread title and your name, I thought it would be a prerunner truck

Didn't do the install myself. Wish I would have now. I just didn't have enough faith in myself.:o or time for that matter.

The truck rides great . Actually better IMO.

Ya think the backwards crossmember will prevent me from installing the skid plate in the futue? If tit does looks like the shop is going to have a little more work to do
