Which one is better for my truck, procomp 6 inch 35's for now 37's later.
6 on 135 / 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern; Back Spacing = 4.52 in.; Offset = -12 mm.; Hub Bore = 106.25; Finish = Black
or
6 on 135 / 6 on 5.5 Bolt Pattern; Back Spacing = 5.70 in.; Offset = 18 mm.; Hub Bore = 106.25; Finish = Black

with 5.70" backspacing your tires will probably be rubbing the upper arms=not good. the tires may also hit the frame at full flex. id go with the 4.52 backspacing.

Tuff4rd has 6" of backspacing on his wheels with 35x12.50 tires and has no rubbing.

ExtremeEthan,
IMO, the trucks with 4.5" of BS and 12.5"+ wide tires have too much tire sticking out of the wheel well. I think 5.5" is the perfect BS for 35x12.50's.

. . for 9" wide wheels, yes. If you're going with 10" wide wheels, go with the 4.5" BS.

EDIT: What about your lift? Increase track width any? I thought my Rancho kit with the Helo Maxx 18x9 5.5" BS looked great.

Absolutely... should have clarified that. BS is all related to wheel width.

Sorry didn't see that edit. I'll take some measurments tomorrow, but I don't think the PC lift increases the track width at all if any.

And I thought your truck w/ the Rancho lift looked good as well. That was the gold truck correct?

I looked and they are 9 inch wide, is there something better to 10 inch wide? Right now I am on 35x12.5 but around xmas I am going to 37x13.5 would a 10 inch wide wheel be better for those or does it not really matter?

I'd try to stick with a 10" wide wheel but a 9" wide wheel would work. It'd wear a little faster and you'd need to watch your air pressure a little more to get the best wear possible but its doable.

I work for a trucking company I watch my tires like no other, air pressure and rotations are regular. They only come in 18x9 so Ill just have to watch them, my wheels now are 18x9 and I had my 33x13.5 on them with no problems. I dont want any rubbing later so still go 5.5?

my wheels now are 5.5 and my tires with the side lugs are close to the spindle with 5.7 it would be even closer right? Once I get 13.5 wide ill probable be right at the spindle then. Also I though my lift said 5.5 or less back spacing
