Switch Panel

Hey Everyone!
Just wondering if any one has an aftermarket switch panel installed in their vehicle? I know alot of you have drilled holes in near the light on the dash or under the light switch.

I am looking for a prefabed unit that has any from 2-6 switchs on it. I have seen a unit from Pilot that has a gel pad that you can stick on your dash that hooks up to a control box that you run your wires to. Does anyone have any ideas on any switch panels, switch boxes, or anything else that might be what I am looking for?
