Opened up the bottom driver's cushion today... found out that it is not the seat foam itself that is disintegrating- it's the very thin foam that's glued to the bottom of the seat covering cloth.

I was able to pull out the lumped up pieces that had come loose.. so now instead of bumps I have a depression.
