Cheap to make too. Roughly I spent $55 on the Heims, $3 on bolts/nuts, $20 for the front brackets, and $12 for the pipes. Just under $100

I bought 10' of pipe. Had the machine shop cut them in half. Each side was 53" I believe from eye to eye, Makes each tube about 48-49".

I've got the 5.4 with an edge and an exhaust and 5" worth of blocks under my springs with no axle wrap, wheel hop.

Yea they do force themselves down to the ground. Its like when drag cars "pre-load" the rearend. Its when the tires want to go and the axle won't wrap so the backend will lift a little and force the tires into the ground.

I hope your not telling me what my truck can do, but I'll explain. When I had the little stock tires, I would do a lot of burnouts. In a strait line both tires would spin perfectly as if it was LS, and the axle would wrap and hop. The burnouts would leave patches where the tires landed, because the backend of the truck was bouncing comletly off the ground. There were 3" gaps between the black patches. I dought the stock U-joints can put up with very much of that. Manuals are different than autos .

Ballistic Fabrication has some nice heim joints with kevlar bushings that don't wear out as fast as a regular metal to metal set. they may be $30 or so each, but you won't be replacing them.... ever.

Nice Job! These totally eliminate wheelhop.

I can't take any credit.. I stole the idea from Huitt24.

I have to remove mine sometime soon and repaint them.

Yea, it's not hard to do at all.. just takes a little time. My friend and I are making several other sets for the Titan, as we had several people offer to pay us a good bit of money to make them a custom set.
