I know it's Friday the 13th

But Pinky appears to have one of the worst runs of bad luck I have ever heard of.

I would have kept the 02 KR that is probably the most trouble free out of all 4 of the trucks you've mentioned

WTF are you doing to your vehicles? I run mine hard and have yet to have any problems that would cause any/major work.

Good luck with the tundra. I was checking out the forums and found they are having a batch of bad 6speeds. One tundra owner is on the third trans in less than 5k miles. Many are on the second before the truck even hits the first thousand miles. That added to the motor problems you might be jumping out of the frying pan into the fire.

We still have an 02 KR and so far the only thing to be replaces is the tires. Besides driving a Ford truck is an acquired taste and some people have no taste.

I did take a look at a tundra in a mall last week. It seems pretty big, but I can't imagine driving it.

is the tundra built in the US even? (I don't think it is UAW either way)

I like the Tundra and understand - to some degree, all things considered - your decision to jump ship.

Best wishes.
