Rear Window Leak

I have searched quite a bit and not found a good solution to the 3rd brake light leak.

I had used silicone before, but now I am leaking again.

Would an aftermarket 3rd brakelight solve this? Anyone done this?

Ideas of how to fix would be great...

Question

I've never driven my truck in the rain. Would this leak show up when you wash the vehicle? Where do you see the leak on the inside of the cab?

Yeah, the water drips from the space between the headliner and the rear window on to the rear seat.

Any other creative methods of fixing this?

Take it to the dealer. They should fix it even if you don't have a warrenty anymore.

I told my dealer mine was leaking and they just sent me stright to the body shop to have it fixed. No questions asked.

I'd rather not run to the dealer...not a huge fan of the brain damage Ford dealers cause when trying to get something fixed. I'd rather just fix it myself if there is any way of doing this...

There was a thread on this a while back, you may find it with a search. It seems some fixed it with the weatherstripping you can get at Lowes or Home Depot. I removed my light, straightened the gasket, and a little rtv, solved the problem.
