EDGE Question

Someone put this to rest, My friend just ordered an edge and I was going to order mine also But he seems to think that he can tune one of our trucks, take the programmer out and tune the other truck and both will retain the tune. I don't think thats how it works. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Nope doesnt work like that. You can only program 1 truck, I think you could program 1 truck and use the edge on another truck for gauges.

You mean go with the X2? I've read so many different things on so many tuners, which one really is the best. I would like a couple different tunes, so I can switch, monitoring is not a necessity.

I work for Livernois motorsports, I was just gonna have it dyno tuned like every other car I'v owned, but I just thought I'd go a different route this time. All I've ever know was the chips we've done.

X2

In my case, I really Do mean an Xcal2.

If you research this enough, you'll see why.

You can always add either analog gauges, a ChitHawk, a Scangauge or an Edge later if you decide down the road you want some monitoring.

Meanwhile, you'll enjoy superior true custom tuning.

Flash tuners VIN lock to the vehicle to protect the intellectual property.

Whatever .... good luck.

Oh, and Ferg ... how did I miss you? Do a Search !!! LMAO !

Cheers
Bubba
