I can feel a thump in my brake pedal when the wipers move
I recently got new brake pads installed, and now for some reason when I turn on my wiper blades, I can feel a thump in the brake pedal when I'm at a stop.
I can't recall that it happened before the new brake pads were installed. Any ideas of why I would feel such a thump in my brake pedal when the wipers move? |
I get it too. Seems that I can feel the wipers moving through my brake pedal. It hasn't really concerned me much though.

Same here but I live in AZ I dont have to worry about it much

Good to hear that it's not just my truck though. |

Oh great. Yet another thing that I've never noticed before, that I will always notice from now on.

This is an easy fix... don't use your brakes in the rain. :D

I think your blinker fluid is low. :beers:

I have it too glad I am not the only one.

I think I'm going to lemon law my truck because of this. .

This issue is what brought me to this board (via Google). The wipers pulse the brake and throttle peddles, and on max seem to sway the truck. I've wriitten it off as normal...

I brought this up back in 2004 when I first got my truck and was basically called a fool. LOL... interesting to hear that I'm not the only 'fool' out there.
Mine still does it and has done it since day one. |
