well i got the bigger bolts and like it...and glad this is still in the 04+ and not shipped over to general to get lost with all the chat room/my space needless information.

 

I agree. Go big or go home! I was shocked to see how big it was in the video. If anyone is so insecure that they may feel the need to remove a thread because it mentions the 04+ F-150 bolt size vs the tiny bolt size of its competitors, they want to take a few steps away from their computer for a while and contemplate the meaning of life.

 

well thats what happend to a thread just like this with the bed flop of that "other" vehicle...just an informative post and vid. it was shipped off and now its locked. most people dont look at gd becuse for the most part its useless. this post as the other is a post about info about 04 and up. most would have never seen this or the other post if it was put in general.

 

we are boasting about our bed bolts when we can't even get the fuggers out. Anyone heard of the HUGE problem getting these out when installing a body lift? I'd take a slightly smaller bolt if I didn't have this problem. Ford really likes to put things together that we can't back out, *cough* plugs.

 

I've got mine out fine. .

Besides this isn't about our bed bolts, this is about the bolts that connect the leaf springs.
