the rear u joint is where is snaped the first time, I dont know how or where it twisted

broken rear u joints in these types of situations are usally caused by incorrect pinon angles from lowering devices/blocks or lifts. That might also
explain your wheel hop issues.

I noticed, I had the Mcgauhty 2/4 with the 4" rear leaf and thats when I snaped my axle (had to be to soft of a spring, cause it axle wraped bad with that setup) then I went back to the 2" rear drop then to the 4" rear flip, now back to the 2" drop. Did all work myself could be a reason my truck doesnt drive new . I dont think my KYB shocks help at all, those are a really hard shock, anyone think I should go back to stock shocks?

I think i'm done with with the whole droping the vechile, it looks just fine with just the 2" shackle. Unless I do the Air ride tech.. anyone know how the front shockwave air shocks are?

what you need are belltechs, ground force's, or roush's 3" drop leaf springs, I've had no problems with my Belltech 3" leafs and monotube shocks. half the problem is the suspension and rim setup, the other half is your driving style. 24's with wide lo pro tires arn't supposed to slip, they grip well and they're heavy, is actually just like the guys snapping dana 40 axle's runnin 40's

If you have a flip kit.. you'll have to make you own or modify some existing brands.

If you have different springs... or just have lowering shackles.. these will work for you.

Look up Matt 05'FX4. He has some of these bars. They will eliminate any axle wrap. I'm making my own right now.

Now that I'd like to see!

BTW pro comp makes traction bars. Does your truck sit too low to use those?

lol you should see what my buddy has broke with his bronco 2 its on 33's an he's snaped a dana 40 axle shaft and snapped a driveshaft yoke with his 8.8 rear end with 5.13 gears. he's building an old bronco rock crawler right now that should handle some more abuse. this is kinda the same problem here tho.. after snapping oem stuff you might want to think about having custom stuff built

you need something like these under-ride bars. The bolt to the bottom of your leaf springs using the axle u-bolts and then run up and mount of the frame somewhere. any 1/2 way decent metal shop can build you something like this for under $200

btw, this is only good for 4x2 trucks. for use on a 4x4, you'll need a good heim joint on either end of the bar to allow for the axle articulation while off-roading

I found that bar here
Under-Ride Bars

you might be able to make 'em work on your truck, but it ain't likely
