Got some Rize Q's

Hey guys, before you shoot me for another thread about lifts . .
I been on the computer for most of the day and have decided FINALLY to go big or go home w/ the 8" rize kit instead of hastily buying the fabtech 6" and just wanting more in the long run. I found the rize for 2799 with bilsteins.
My questions are with the rize kit what else will I need (and yes i have searched, thats where I got my Questions from).

If I need driveline work (driveshaft lenghtening/balancing) how much did that run you guys that had to do it?

Does the kit come with longer brake lines or will I need those too?

I will also need a 2" AAL and from one thread I saw thump recommended deaver or atlas?

Should I be looking at any major problems after lifting the truck? (most of my mileage will be highway/city between school and home) and the small amount of offroading I do.

I bought the tires off the net for 347.98 a peice 37x1350 20 toyo MT's (seemed like a good/low price) but I still need to decide on some wheels, so do you guys like the XD series Monsters or Diesels? and if neither of those what? Also im looking at getting gears done pretty quick after the lift so 37's will take 4.88's if all my searching proved right??

Thanks for the help guys the waiting and still saving is killing me im ready to get it all done!! I think i have finally settled on my setup (the bigger the better, right?) :rocker: Im going to watch the lift price in the next month while I recover from buying the tires and hopefully it might drop a bit, but I doubt it. .

Where did you find the Rize w bilsteins for $2799

From what i've been told.........
-you dont need to lenghten the driveshaft
-The kit comes w extended brake lines
-Diesels would look good (IMO)
-And from what i've read on here people w 37's want 4.88's im going w 38x15.50 and thats what im getting

I like the diesels and the monsters, at 4wheelparts they are all 10% off plus another 5% off if you take an offroad survey. when do you plan on doin your lift??

Hey im glad you went with the CST rather than the Rize, for some reason I just dont like the way it looks. IMO it looks kinda like a spider and is just way to busy, I know its a awesome lift but I dont know?? If I were to get one it would have to be powder coated black.

Yeah, I too don't really like the crossmember on it, Plus CST is a little more "Heavy Duty" Quality costs a little more but worth it IMO

i agree about the rize lookin better black but as far as the lift goes, i would have the rize over cst. cst uses that 8" coil spacer and rize's just looks supported so much better with it comin from the bottom...

What I posted earlier, was "My Opinion" I in no way am saying that the Rize kit is bad.......... Rize, CST both very good kits

Just CST's a little better

haha I agree with you.. some people like Rize better... some people like CST better. They both make awesome lifts. I know there isnt too many guys on here running CST though.

I had to order the longer brake lines with my kit.

FX4REACTION1:
How are you fitting those 38" tires you planning on a body lift???? you wont fit them with just the CST kit....

you really dont know what your talking about not to be rude but that spacer is in no way "bad" both the RIZE and CST's setup with that coil over is not ideal... both kits are really ment to be ran with a KING or FOX coilover...... not to put down RIZE in any way they have a great reputation but i would take a CST for any truck any day over any company including RIZE...
