Seems that these two elements dont mix very well and cause blindness !!

So i was on my way to my Girfriends house and im driving behind a girl about 17yrs old getting on to the onramp for the highway when this very bright orange metal sheet about the length of a baseball bat comes flying at me cause she ran it over. It came at me like a sword and sliced into my front bumper also leaving a few scrathes here and there. Besides that i figured i would leave it be because it's so minor that repairing would be too expensive for the damage it actually caused, but nontheless it's an eyesore.

What i do want to do about it is paint the ROUSH style stripes on my car and have them fix it while they paint the stripes. What do you guys think and what is an apporx estimate for painting stripes on a truck?

 

I'm not entirely sure most people paint them...I think it'd be a lot easier to add a sticker but I could be WAY off.

 

Youre right it is easier to add a vinyl graphic, but i rather have it painted so it will last longer and always look the same.

 

If I were you, I'd just buy the Roush vinyl stripes. That way, you still have the option to take them off if you don't like them. Plus, I have the roush stripes and they're still exactly how they were when I bought the truck a year and a half ago.

Get the stripe kit and have the shop put it on for ya.

 

I want to get some black stripes painted on my truck also. The vinyl looks nice...for a few years, then it starts to break down. the paint lasts alot longer

any prices yet?
