now thats a truck .... if only we all had $30,000 to invest into our trucks!

Since this is my daily driver and I wont be doing too much offroading... do yall think I will have that many problems just driving around back and forth to school or work? or driving on the highway?

Not at all.. just plan on your tie rods and suspension components will wear out quicker than if they were running stock. It happens with all trucks with altered suspensions... Just one of those things. I say go for it and enjoy.

Rize makes an awesome lift. Sounds like your going really big with yours. I'm planning on doing an 8" Rize kit on my truck. Only thing is I'll kind of be a test dumby for it. I've only ever seen one other Harley Davidson F150 with a Rize 8" lift..or any lift at all for that matter. What shocks do you guys suggest for a truck thats going to be for show more so then off road? I don't wanna cheap out, but I don't really need something fancy. Hope I don't get any problems being one of the few with a lifted HD truck...I guess if an AWD Expy can be lifted so can an AWD F150. Can't wait to see pictures of your truck, sounds like its going to be really slick looking. That Rize kit is by far the way to go as far as I can tell. What gears are you going to run with those tires?

As said earlier, Marty and his crew are the best at what they do. I purchased my Rize kit from them and customer service was top notch. You won't go wrong with Truck Toyz....

Kings would be sick but you're looking at spending around $2500 for the front coilovers with res. and rear shocks with res. I decided against spending all that money until at least I get my gears and went with Bilsteins. I did Bilstein 5100s up front and Bilstein 5150s in the rear with the res. I like my set-up but will probally go to the Kings soon as money allows.

I have had no issues with my truck and it too was done by TRUCK TOYZ. Marty and Kevin are top notch people and aim to please justin and fido are ace mechanics and live for this kind of stuff.

They gave me a great price and finished in a day so plan on a 8-9 hours driving and a day to put on. On the way home if you don't have the gears put in then plan on having your passing gear kick on, every hill or incline due to the extra weight

the body lift is cool but for an extra $1000 and only like two tires that will fit in there I personally wouldn't do it. But thats my opinion

Did you buy everything thru them?.. I was planning on ordering my lift, aal and shocks thru top gun customz... do you think Truck Toyz would give me a better deal if i order everything thru them? rims,tires,lift,shocks,aal.etc.

And also where would be a good place to purchase gears and how much would it run me?... and I should be running 4.88's right?.. If there is a shop down there by them that can do it i might as well get them done while im there.

And is the body lift an extra $1000 for labor?

I'd say go ahead and get everything thru them it'll prolly run you cheaper. And they do gear work there as well Im gonna run 40" Toyo M/T's and they told me it would be best to run 4.88's, And actually I think the Body Lift runs about $8-900 Installed. I could be wrong.........

skip the BL, eight inch rize and kings cranked a lil. 37's are the largest practical tire and you get less options with a tire bigger then a 37's. I would get a FTS or whiplash if you want to go that big, I know they are crap but its not like you will be hucking it with a BL anyways, thats a lot of stress on those bolts.

well see i wont be getting the kings until late this year around september... and if i wanted a practical tire id go with the 37.... but i want to do something different and go with a 39... maybe it will bite me in the a$$ who knows... and i would never disrespect my truck by putting a whiplash lift on!

And if i had the extra money for the 12 inch id do it but the lift alone is $5000!!!

Ha yeah I think once I get the kings on there i wont even need the body lift.. Hell I just want to go as high as I can without replacing alot of parts.. but im sure yall all think the same way .

If I can find some 38's that look good and perform well that also I can run a 20 inch wheel on then ill prob go with that setup.. so if yall have any ideas just throw them out there or post a pic.

Also I just emailed TRUCK TOYZ to see how much it would cost me for Rize 8 Inch, 4" Skyjack Add A Leaf, 20x10 6/135 Gear Alloy Injectors, 39x16.50xR20 Pit Bull Rockers, King 2.5 Coilover and 2.5 Piggybacks, and also 4.88 Gears. So im just waiting to hear back from them
