700 pics...

Here's a few quick pics, not the greatest quality and it needs a wash...more in the gallery.

Everything went pretty smooth...there was one minor clearcoat flaw (pic in gallery) that I really didn't want to send it back for and wait 3 more weeks, so they knocked off $100. The back-end hangs over a bit more than I expected (pic in gallery) but because of the tailgate "flare" at the top I suppose it has to. The truck definitely rides much better with a bit of weight on the rear end, and I dig the look and the lock-ability. I was initially worried that too much grey would give the truck a washed out look, but I think it looks good.

Looks great! Looks like you may be able to adjust the lid towards the cab a bit to lessen the overhang. My Snuglid needs moved up about 1/8". I also had issues with scrapes, but no one really cared. I've also just found a good 3" round spider webbed area that I got to call about.

yeah, it looks good.

In my case I added a 1'' of rear leafs as I felt the rear was lower a bit after installing the tonneau, but, bah, it was like 1cm and I'm too picky.

Congrats

I think those legs look a LOT better on the flaresides than the stylesides. The contour on the top just doesn't go with the stylesides IMO. Good choice!!

I have had my Leer 700 for about 3 years now and love it. I haven't had any problems with it. I paid $878 out the door after a 10% discount. See my gallery.

Was $900 - $40 coupon for $860...then $100 off that...so $760 installed.

i'm not sure but i think it added around 100 to 125 to the cost of the leer 700. you can purchase it seperately or with the lock in place. i opted for the lock already installed so it would have the wires hidden under the headline of the top. oh, by the way...it IS nice! it also depends on the area you are in...i'm in s.c. adn mine was around 1100 minus an online printable coupon at LEER.com, painted installed with remote lock....around 1400 with bedrug added! still happy with it though
