Anyone have any install pics of Maggie SI/SO??

Bought my system used for my 05 Supercrew 5.4 and had a few issues installing it but after few trips to the autoparts store I think I finally got it.

Basically wanting to see muffler forward installed.

Thanks everyone!!!

I have pics of the MagnaFlow 16612 in my gallery. Magnaflow says the muffler is to be mounted vertical with the outlet at the bottom of the rear.

Their video actually contradicts the instructions given to me by their tech support line. In the video they install the muffler horizontal and it actually goes vertical.

Mine lined up perfectly at a 45* angle

Sorry for the confusion, Magnaflow said the outlet of the muffler is the offset opening on the end. The inlet is the centered opening. The muffler is to be mounted vertical with the outlet on the bottom facing the rear. This information came from their toll-free tech support line.

I remember on my SI/SO install, the stainless clamps were a one way/one shot deal. I positioned one of them wrong the first time, and the clamp broke as I tried to loosen it. Fortunately, a garage up the road had the 3" clamp, and let me buy it. It's hard to find a 3" clamp, BTW.

I ended up mounting mine like in the video and it came out perfect. Looking at the truck from the rear, the outlet is on the right which lines up perfectly with the over-axle pipe.
