Hey Thump,

Good luck with your situation. I hope that it can get resolved quickly to your satisfaction. I'm anxious to see the finished product! BTW! Be sure to remove that pic with the "Black Sky" logo on the back of your window in your gallery. No need to advertise for them anymore.

I would think you'd be able to tell if it was out 9 degrees like BS said. I'm no frame guy, so maybe I'm wrong. I'm guessing this in the rear where it's bent, I thought you fixed the front awhile ago.

It sucks to keep hearing about such bad customer service, what is it with these places having no respect for their customers. I know it makes a difference to me where I do and don't spend my hard earned cash.

Just catching up on this thread.

I would definitely report this behavior to the BBB and the local Chamber of Commerce.

About 6 months ago I took my truck into the local Ford dealership, and requested a front end alignment done. They put my truck up on the machine and then the service manager needed to talk to me. He said that the lower control arm was bent and that I needed a cam kit because I had the leveling kit installed. Total parts and labor $685.00. I knew the LCA wasn't bent because I never wheel my truck and they aligned my truck 1 year earlier after I installed the leveling kit myself and I didn't need a cam kit then. I told the service manager no way and demanded my truck back. He said I could have it back after I paid $88.00 for the time my truck spent on the machine for nothing done. After going round and round I threw down the cash and grabbed my keys. Drove directly to a local shop and 30min later my truck was aligned. The next day I filed a complaint with the BBB and my local Chamber of Commerce. Later that week I received a check in the mail from the dealership for my $88.00 and a letter asking me to remove the complaints. I deposited the check and took no action to remove the complaints. Every chance I get I tell people to avoid them for service work or new car purchases.
