For Those Debatin the FX2 Grill

Install was easy, i used my factory surround and broke a few clips on the fx4 grill but it's still usable. I told the paint guy to do a semi-gloss satin black but it really came out more glossy than i'd hoped but i think it looks good. Here are some pics, my gallery has a few more.

Edit: I reused the ford 9" emblem

looks good.....is that a westin bullbar with the skid plate removed?

my sig is a photoshop. that's someone else's fx2 grill on it too. i hope to get the piaa's soon i want the 520 smr clear drivin lights

Go for the 525's, freaking sweet man! The LEDs that light up the housing when the main bulb is off are awesome

i had a body shop paint it. but it just looks like a standard black with a clearcoat (not what i had in mind but it works)

The grille looks good. Mine also has a little more shine than I wanted. I didn't want flat black but also didn't want it quite as glossy as I wound up with.

yeah maybe you'll get lucky and find that halfway tone between gloss black and flat black. weren't you plannin on tryin to do that?
