Exclamation ATT Quintin...Problems with reverse sensing

Well the other day i get in the truck, start it up and notice my reverse sensing light was lit up "OFF"....so i push it.......and it stays off....It doesnt work when i back up since its stuck in the off position...

My best guess.....would one of the sensers went bad or come unhooked making it stay off? I know it was a rough winter with a bad blizzard last week when it happend buuut whats your thoughts of what i should do? The dealer wont mess with it since im JUST over 36,000 miles....I cant afford to have them look at it for 65 bucks an hour labor plus hooking it up to the diagnostics deal. Thanks for anyones help!

It's difficult to say without being able to check the park aid system for DTCs. It could be a faulty individual sensor, a bad module, radar sensor, wiring, etc.

You could try poking your head under the rear bumper and seeing if anything's disconnected.
