Does anyone know the location of the reverse light wire INSIDE the cab? I found the one outside, but I need a location of where under the dash I can find the wire. I am hooking up a reverse sensor system. Thanks!

 

Right side underdash right above your fuse box is a bunch of wires comming out. The dark green one with a yellow tracer is the one. Pull the glovebox out of your way and it's easy to get to. Check this wire for power first to make sure that's it.

 

I tapped into the wire just before the reverse light bulb and stored the brain under the plastic rail cover. Used a ziploc bag to weatherize it but still ended up lenghening the speaker wire. Where are you locating the brain unit?

 

Ok found the wire and hooked it all up. Works great! One word of advise, which I wish I saw XLTeaser's post first, make sure you waterproof it! I just found out the hard way by going through a car wash and now the main control box doesn't work properly. Thanks to xbrightsidex on ebay whom I bought the system from, he is sending me a new control box at no charge! I just want to post a rave about this guy. I totally didn't expect anything, but he responded to emails superquick and is replacing the part! This time I will waterproof the heck out of it!
