Ever thought about getting the mirrors painted? Nice, nice lookin truck!

 

Well I painted them myself so that explains the 70 bucks Yeah, I thought about it. But I'm scared it might be to much red. Anyone have painted mirrors out there?

 

You did that yourself???? Awesome job man!! Did you just use a rattle can and good prep work?

 

If you painted the WHOLE mirror, then yeah, way too much red, BUT, I really think if you just painted the mirror caps (just like the FX2) it would look spectacular!

Just a thought...

Oh, and the flares look absolutely AWESOME!!!!!

 

The more color and less black the sleeker the truck. If you are going to paint part of it paint the hole thing. If you are curious what it would look like go to street scenes and look at their mirrors on your model truck. I know those aren't the same mirrors but it will give you an idea what it would look like. Me personally if it is not chrome or paint, I want it off. But thats just my taste
