I have this happening to me too. My truck is lowered and I'm 6' 1" and have been trying to not slide in and out of the seat but it's almost impossible to eliminate sliding in and out.
Anyone else have a fix/solution for the creasing problem??

I know my driver seat cushion is nearly caved completely in at only 30k miles, and I only weigh 180lbs. I talked to the stealership today because I am still under warranty, they said that because I have installed OEM leather seat covers, which arent "factory" they will not warranty the caved cushion.
What a crock.
I know many people on here who have problems with the seat bottoms caving in and sagging badly, Ford stealership said they have never heard of it, go figure.

I just got my seat foam fixed Tuesday. Then they put in for me when the foam came in Wednesday. I told them the only reason I wanted to get it fixed was becuase of new leather covers I'm putting in. I even got them to put on my new leather cover for the seat they fixed.( Since I was just going to rip it apart anyways) Killed two birds with one stone!!

My 04 still looked good when I traded it with 35,000 miles on it. I use the running boards to step up then sit down in the seat. Then on exit use the grab handle, place left foot on the running board and pull yourself back up and step out of the truck. No sliding.
X2 on the running boards...
I use my grab handle and running boards to enter and exit the truck instead of sliding. I had them on my 04 and have the on my 06 too. The driver's seat on my 04 was fine when I traded it off with more than 18k miles on it.
Mine isnt collasped on the sides, but the center has given out. So Im not sure how to avoid that other than not sitting on it. But to put things into perspective, both my 93 F150 and my 88 Tbird seats have not worn as much as my 05 F150.

.......OK
