You might try to find someone around here that wants the captains and console. Swap out all the parts and then get the bench recovered in castano. It would be a win win situation.

1. Swap out for a bench & get it recovered.
2. Trade for a truck with a bench.

Do the Lariats have the console?

If it was just the console and seats, I would have already done the swap.

What has me most concerned is the floor shifter being moved to the column, and how is the lower dash going to look without the console there?

Just the shifter problem alone has me thinking I'm going to have to trade this in.

well i have the whole dash off of a column shift so it goes down instead of connecting like the flow thru. if you just droped the jump seat in there u would have to cut the dash cause the tabs would poke the middle person in the knees. you'd have to get the shifter and the shifter cable. the cable is like 25 30 bucks or at least thats what i paid. i basically did the opposite of you. im just looking to get rid of all my junk so id even consider a trade

Totally forgot about the console shift. Trading would be less of a headache than converting to column shift, IMO.

Yeah, less headache, but cost about 10 grand to trade.

Still, an '07 Lariat with the longer warranty isn't all that bad.

Just trying to decide.........
