It is probly a Regency or something of that sort. You know, a company that takes a brand new truck and sets it up with exhaust, lift, intake. You would have to check with the dealer for specs. My buddy has a regency silverado and its nothin special, just a way for the dealer to get deeper in your pocket

4Wheelparts actually has a contract to build "Ford Racing" trucks. I've seen them here in San Antonio, 150's and 250's.

A lot of Ford dealerships sell modified trucks, but they are usually a rip off. I've seen several add $500 to the sticker for a leveling kit that sells for less than $100.

You think thats bad? How about a 2WD Nissan Frontier Crew Cab that stickers for $27k and some change with a $12k addendum for a 5" Calmini lift, 20" Moto Metal 951's, and some Mud Grapplers. That's nearly $40k for a MIDSIZE TRUCK! Wayyyyyy too much money IMO. There is maybe $5500 in that lift, tire/wheel combo, and labor combined.

Last summer I saw that set up on a fx4 at a local dealer and feel in love with

the truck. it had a fabtech lift, 37's on 24's, flares, exhaust, it was loaded.

Yes they did want to much $52k!

Then I found another dealer that built me the same truck for alot less.

They had the lift wheels and tires installed before I took delivery of the truck

and rolled it into the price of the truck. But all the add ons were at wholesale

so through the dealership for the extras in my case saved me some $$$.

My fx4 with lift wheels and tire was about MSRP of a stock fx4. So the moral

of the story is not all dealers are ripp-offs, so spend the time to find the right

one that is willing to make you a deal, by the way I ended up visiting about

six dealerships before I found the right one.

I was just interested in what all they did to the trucks, I'm not gonna buy one! Do they put gears on these trucks?

i know that regency does, and i would think that most other places do too. if someone is gonna spend 50,000 on a jacked up truck i would hope they make it useful and not just pretty. rollin 37's on 3.55's is a weak setup imo.

I never have had 4WP install anything, but I get parts there cheaper than anywhere else. They will price match anything from even small internet sites. It also helps that their warehouse for the entire east coast is where I buy from!

My last truck was actually lifted at 4WP in Orlando.

I just wouldn't let them 'design' a vehicle for me, I'll do that!
