Borla Exhaust Install - Shackle Torque
I have a SIDO Borla exhaust on the way. The install for this exhaust requires removing the bottom nut on the rear spring (the bolt that connects the shackle to the frame) and installing exhaust hangers. My question is, does anyone know what this nut needs to be torqued to? Thanks. Jon

Let us know how its sounds eh? I liked the Corsa video, but I didnt like when they let off the gas that tumbling noise that came afterwards. Hopefully Ford takes some ideas from Toyota and gives the next generation truck true dual exhaust. That would be great! I have a sh*tty exhaust right now, I cant even remember the name, but Im trying to decide whether to get new Baer rotors, or new exhaust.

Are you talking about the startup part of the video?
It does not sound like that all the time, now that it has broken in some it sounds like a typical exhaust. It's my article by the way. :) |
cool, thanks. I went to Borlas site and they are about the same price. But does Borla have the No Drone feature? BTW, That video sold me. Very nice.

I am not really familiar with Borla's exhaust. I have run Flowmaster on my 95 Bronco, and Dual Flowmasters on my 2002 Harley.
