Tuner if you don't already have one....if not a tuner, get an intake...

Get a cold air intake and fill up the tank.

 

I would buy either a MagnaFlow Exhuast or the Edge Tuner the truck already looks good so just add some good sound and/or power!!!

 

I would go with an exhaust system personally. My newest exhaust system, true duals, x pipe, and dynomax bullits dumped only ran me $250 from a local shop. You'll hear and see the perfomance, plus you'll have and extra hundred to spare

 

oh I forgot to mention I have a 40 series flowmaster already
