Picture Request-HU
k so my PIE adaptor is coming in the mail in a few days.
and i was hoping to save a little time by not having to remove my head unit.
so can anyone show me a picture of the backside of the stock HU 6 disc? and en-circle the slot my adaptor will plug into.
this way i can just reach back their and snap it in without having to remove the HU.
Thanks Everyone

well wasnt sure how long it took to take out.
so after the four bolts, does it just slide out? do i need to disconnect anything while taking it out?
i just figured it would be a easy slip in if i just knew where the socket was in the back.

In all honestly it'll take you longer to pull the trim around the radio off than it will for you to remove the head unit. It'll literally take you longer to find the right size socket than it will to remove the head unit and disconnect the wires in the back. What I'm getting at is this...it's really easy. Don't risk messing up your head unit. Take it out and do it right. It would suck to have a good looking truck with a messed up radio.
