I had a cover for a while, still hated it, the bumper is rounded, and curved and to have a big bracket coming out of it, and a plate just looks out of place

Fortunately Arkansas does not require two plates. I do know that DPS is strict in Bowie County. I was pulled over several times when I was in school for missing front plates. It sure does mess up the looks of the vehicles when they are installed. Hard to get this law changed because the state makes money off of the plates and the fines for not having them on the vehicles. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.

Angry Wtf???

Why do you need a plate in the front and the back, what's the point?
Did the cop say why they do it that way?

A sheriff pulled me over and gave me a written warning and told me to go put it on.... i said ok... and never gave it another thought... it just looks too goofy and i figure what are the odds of getting pulled over again. I didnt have my front plates on my past two corvettes either... also i got my girl to take hers off of her 05 Acura TL .... bottom line is that front plates stick out and make the front end look retarded (no offense to anyone who is, or affiliated with, anyone that has a mental or physical retardation)

Can you make the excuse that you bought the truck out of state where front plates are not required and you don't have any idea how you could possibly get the plate to stick to the front bumper without the bracket, just play dumb and see what they say.

If they come back with you need to buy a bracket try complaining about the cost involved to have a service tech install it, that a good $40.00 labor to install the bracket.

I don't know too many officers who would be sympathetic to a person complaining about a $40 labor bill from a person driving a $30,000 truck that gets 12-15 mpg.
