Raising the front end

So I want to bring the front end up on my truck after my recent aal install. I installed the aal because my back sagged too much, now I think it has too much rake honestly I just want my truck higher all around. I don't want a leveling kit, I'd rather not stack spacers. So that brings me to you all. What is the price difference and which one is better coilovers or adjustable shock. The Bilstein seems to be pretty popular but I am open to reviews. Also how adjustable is the Bilstein? I would like one that I could put air in or adjust easily.

I have brand new Dirt Logic 2.5 Coilovers if interested. They are in the classifieds. I need new shocks for the rear, ugh.
