1. It can void warranty if you get caught with it by your dealership of you get any work done under warranty with the edge on! just remove it and your fine

2. No it wont hurt reliability of the truck

3. It will actually help you with power that you may lose with the 33's

You might check with your Dealer on that one. My dealership has no problem with it. Always put it back to stock anyway, and remove the unit. Just to be safe. Some on this site have told of horror stories from some dealerships and warranty problems.

This unit for the 04-07 F150 has only been out for a year. So it's hard to say what the long term impact will be. I have heard some trying to blame tranny problems on the EDGE, but I haven't seen anything to prove it so far.

Usually the problems are with those that the installer didn't read the instructions, or a software version has not been written for a new vehicle. So if you have a new vehicle, you may have to wait for the latest update.

Overall, I think you will be happy. I have had mine for a year, (last years x-mas present ). Only one problem for me when I tried to install an update and the unit would not load afterwards. Only took Bill at EDGE a couple of days to get the bug worked out and it's been fine since then.

Good luck.

Just like video games, plug & play. Just that easy.

x2. fast shipping too.

The programmer is highly reliable. No problems with the one I purchased. Anyone can install this in less than 10 minutes. Great to have when you upgrade your wheel/tire combo especially when you hear that the dealership will recalibrate your speedometer for 125.00 each time. With the Edge you can do that yourself as often as you like if you switch between off-road meats and street tires, or summer / winter tires.

Not to mention the "cool" factor of being able to monitor various engine/transmission parameters.

Ox.

I actually bought mine for the gauges. Then I made the mistake of running level three and now... I can't live without it. High octane and all... Highly recommended.

Or... you can have www.sounddomain.com pricematch and get an extra 5% off. Not a lot, but it is a few bucks and also from a trusted source.
