I might as I see they are on E-bay now too. Looks like they have Led's top and bottom.

I can't say for sure but it appears that the tailamp is the portion below the reverse lamp and the brake/turn signal lamps are above the reverse lamp. This is different from factory where the portion below the reverse lamp does not light up. Other people on this website have tried similar lights with this setup and have not been satisfied. The light itself looks good though. Just something to think about.

If the portion below the backup light lit up as a running light I would not be happy either. Too small of a area....

Hmmmm these look alright....would be nice to know if they light up as you guys are suggesting... I wonder if these are super bright LEDs since they went with a black surround instead of any type of reflective material.

I wonder how they'd look if you opened them up and painted the black part red.

I guarantee the bottom part is the running light and top is the brake/turn signal light.

No manuf. is going to make it the way we want with the top being brake/turn/running as they'd have to make a PMW which would be too expensive for them to make a big profit on the taillights.

Your only hope is to build a PMW yourself. I've already linked plans to make one in another thread.

I'm waiting to see someone buy the Matrix LED taillights and see how they look on a truck. Then I'll build a PMW for them to run how we all want them to.

I dont like the red reflector around the reverse light. If that was black and the reverse light was slightly tinted that would be sick!

I agree with rockpick. Still a little to euro for me. But hopefully they will still come out with some different ones and eventually something we all like. I could live with them but there not what I want. OMG theres white stuff falling in the Pacific Northwest.
