Opinions? HD healights on a white truck?

Hey Guys
I decided to keep my truck. I was thinking about getting some HD headlights. I was wondering if anyonehas seen them on a white truck? Possibly and pics? I would like to get a white bumper cover like on the HD. I tried Ebay with no luck finding any headlights. Maybe I am not doing a search right? So if anyone has any opinions or an idea where I can fing a set of headlights or a decent looking bumper cover, let me know? Thanks. Eric

I tried the Harley lights on my blue XLT. I liked them at first, but now dislike them. As for a white truck, I think the stock lights will look better.

I would stick to your stock headlights, I think the harley lights only look good on black or dark trucks.. I was thinking about adding them to mine, but I think they will stand out too much, due to my truck being a light color..

Maybe I'm crazy, but I have a set on my white truck and I think they made it look mean. If I didn't have the FX4 with the black grill it wouldn't look good, but they seem to flow well with the grill. I'll try and take a pic tonight and post it.

They could work on light colored trucks if you got a theme going. If your truck is white, but you got chrome bumpers and perhaps a chrome grille, then the lights wouldn't look good. But if you all monochrome white with black grille, then they could work.

I have the Harley lights but I also got black going as my theme. I got a black billet grille, black emblems, black step bars, etc. Also the lower Dark Shadow grey two-tone is dark and looks almost black. If I didn't have the lower DSG two-tone, then I probably woudn't have gotten the Harley lights.

the lightest color id probably put hd lights on would be silver. i photoshoped them on my yellow truck, for me they didnt look good at all but ive seen them on a lifted yellow truck and they look better. ill stick to my chrome ones, they would probably look the bet on the white

yeah, since you got the polished grille, the stock lights go better with that. But the Harleys look OK on yellow/dsg, here is a previous picture posting from a fellow member: https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=235798

I just put the stock headlights back on and I must say they look ten times better with the chrome bumper. The Harleys are going up for sale.

Rocky, How much are you going to sell your HD headlights for? Shot me an email.

I have a Westin grille and plan on a painted bumper. If I got the lights and didnt like it, change them back. It seems like many of the newer cars have dark headlights. I will have to keep my eyes open.

Thanks for the opinions guys, Eric

going along with what SteveVFX4 stated, I'm kinda going with a theme as well. Since my truck has the black grill and dark bumper I think I can pull off the Harley lights. Curious to know what others think. Here are my truck's debut pics...

Had a graphite gray Rhino liner spayed yesterday. I'll have to post some pics on that forum later.

Speedfreak. I like the headlights on the white. I was thinking about adding more black. Maybe rims?
