If so, do you have any sound clips? Is it loud ( want it relatively quiet, especially at cruise)? Any drone? I love teh sound of my Borla, but the fit with teh rear sway bar is very tight. Thx

I have the Magnaflo SIDO with side exit (Lightning Style) exhaust and it's pretty good. There is a slight drone at 70 @ 1950 RPM. Not loud but it's there. When you launch it sounds great and during hard acceleration it is difficult to hold a conversation. But I love it. Will try to get a sound clip this afternoon.

The sound is perfect. There is a slight drone around 2000 rpm. I did not lose any low end torque (I had a flowmaster on my last truck and lost low end torque).

http://www.hottexhaust.com has it for $401.03 with coupon code fordtruck8

Do you have problems keeping that rear wheel clean? I remember the first '97's that had that style of exhaust from the factory and they all had one really dirty wheel most of the time.

Wheel is always clean. Never had a problem with that. I had mine installed with stainless steel pipes for $250 at a local shop in Miami, FL.

Always clean here...Tires that is! The tips themselves are another story! I would wipe them off everyday if I was just a little bit more obsessive compulsive.

I like the sound. Once you are cruising, it disappears rather nicely.

No luck if you want a maggie for a SCAB with 5.5' bed. Not enough volume for Magnaflow to provide a cat back for this application. If you modify their system they void the warranty.
