Paint Question
 

What is the best way to fix a paint chip on the front bumper? The steps i have taken so far are, buy the matching paint from autozone and i filled in the chip. I sanded the filled paint down to match the rest but it still has a matte finish and looks a little darker than the rest of the paint. Do i need Clearcoat? Buff? help please!

just put a few good coats of wax on it and you're good to go. that's what i did and they blended in nicely.

did you just use wax? or polish? I was considering buying a buffer for the drill but i couldnt get any buffing compound. is there even a difference in all of it?

also do you have an uplcose pic of the repair?

i used wax. if you did a good touch up job no one will even know it's there (except you of course). sorry, no pics.

Thanks, ill try waxing it today. I have non-abrasive wax but i dont think that will work so ill probably have to get another type.
