good price on lift install?

Hey guys,
thinking about going with the 6 inch pro comp stage one lift kit found it on ebay for 998. What is a good install price on this kit. I live in Fort Worth, called a place called mikes off road, they said 700 to install any lift kit, thought this was a little steep beings it is a pretty basic kit. Thought about doing the install myself but not sure i have the required tools and i want to make sure it is installed properly. What is a good install price on this kit. Worst comes to worst how hard would this kit be to install?

$700 isn't a bad price considering your not buying the lift from them.

you should be okay doing it yourself you will need a few special tools but they can easily be had at autozone. they are free, but you have to pay the deposit.

Do it yourself man they look pretty straight forward, that extra $700 you saved then could go to something else

If and when I do the install myself i will be completed with 6" procomp stage 1 kit for $1187 shipped. My wheel and tire combo is going to be 20x9 moto 951's wrapped with either toyo mts 35x12.50x20 for $2200 or the Irok radials36x13.50x20 for about the same price. I love the look of the iroks just not sure of the performance and tread wear. (loudness is not a problem)
