More night back up lighting needed

Has anyone installed or know of a brighter(stronger) white bulb that I can install in my rear tailights for increased nightime reverse illumination. I used 20% tint on top of the factory tint on the rear doors and window and would prefer a stronger rear back up light.
Any suggestions/advice.
Thanks
Norm

I don't think so at least from what I know. .

Im going to be adding some lights under the rear bumper, however in a very clean way, like myst did.

I wanted lights under the rear bumper but my trailer wiring harness has been bent beyong recognition at times, lights would never last.

Mount some spot lights to the rear stake pockets! But in all seriousness, I can't see much with legal tint. I'd like to do the Myst thing.

Heres one option

http://www.stylinconcepts.com/part.a...&key_word=4199

Says that it mounts over trailer hitch and still allows full use of the hitch. Can be hardwired to automatically come on with reverse lights and/or switched. Has two 55watt halogen bulbs which illuminate 80' behind you.

I guess they would be pretty bright. The picture in the catalog shows that they cast alot of light and don't look too bad on the truck.

I have the White Night Lights. The lights really help light up the rear. I have limo tint on the rear window and this really helped when backing. They are really proud of these lights tho.

Here's one at Cabelas:

Can't tell from the pic if they're just a set of driving lights wired up there or not.

THANK YOU! I've been trying to find this. I saw this on an avalanch the other day and I think this is a nice and organized way to do this..

Looks great.. I plan on doing this.

LEDs do not output more light than a regular bulb. They may appear to be brighter because of their color, but they dont output hardly any useable light.
Only high end expensive Luxeons could compare but it would be a custom module.

Talking Auto Zone has the same lights as Cabellas

I found mine at Auto Zone, $ 29.00, power comes from a 3m inline splice to either L or R reverse lamp, all wiring included
