Don't be skeered. Little mud won't hurt.

thanks for the replies, well my only concern left is the efan kit, so does anyone have efans custom mounted or flexalites mounted?

I have the Flex-A-Lites, changed out the controller from the kit though. I'm away from home and just realized my pics don't really show the shroud well. Check out Enormous or Blue20004x4 as they also have the 270's.

As for custom mounting, run a search on "efans" in the advanced search area selecting just the 2004-2006 trucks. You will get a boat load of hits, I think Shrtdave had a custom metal shroud rigged up and the post had a basic mock up of it as well as another guy within the last two to tree weeks who might be starting to gear up on production of them. The fans are awesome and very quiet and make a good boost in power and economy, well worth the mod.

Also, welcome home and thanks for your service.

On a side note, pjb1 you have a beautiful truck, well done man. Very clean and classy.

Thanks SnomaNick.

That's the beauty of this site. So many different ideas that people post pictures of and give explanations and the good/bad feedback.

Just the tip to tape the bolts on the LT driver's handle during install saved me a trip to the body shop.
