how hard are they to get working. I know its plug and play, but how user friendly are they in entering your new tire size and new gears etc.

it is VERY easy! I programmed mine in the walmart parking lot in less than 15 minutes. as soon as i got mine my gf said she had to go to the store so i got my stuff together and told her i would drop her off. you will need the insturctions or need to know your size of your tires in mm. there is a table in the instructions for the tire sizes. i wouldn't touch too many other custom settings unless you know about them. i am still trying to research the custom settings. anyone want to share their settings?
