ScanGauge II mounting options

I'm getting the new ScanGauge (ScanGauge II) this week. My first thought would be to put it in the center stack somewhere, maybe overhead. I'm not sure. Has anyone mounted the new version in their 04+ F150? I'd love to see some photos/feedback.

New specs: 4.8"W x 1.5"H x 1"D

I think it would look good in the ash tray

The ashtray would be ideal for those with center console. Any other ideas? I'd like to keep it in "line of sight" as much as possible temps, real-time MPG, etc.

do you have the factory stereo system as well? otherwise you could mount it in the pocket of space below aftermarket headunits..

I'm wondering how it would nestled just infront of the odometer, or the other side for that matter. I haven't dug out the tape measure, but it looks like it just might fit. Barring any cord routing problems, I've been thinking it would be perfect place if it works.

Plan B is the space under my aftermarket radio, as mentioned, with some kind mod to mount it with a solid face and get rid of that gaping hole that swallows my gas receipts!

Just need to get me one one of these days!

I'm almost thinking of mounting it directly in front of the gear indicator - bottom center of the cluster. I won't know for sure until it arrives, but the dimensions are right.
