another auto spring leveling kit ????

I'm about to install my 20X9 rim with 305 55 20 tires on my 04 FX4, but I read here that many are having premature ball joints wearing out. I assume this is with 2 to 2.5" leveling kit. My ? is, actually 2 part ?...what about 1.5" leveling kit...would this cause the same problem? if not, would 1.5" be enough to mount my 20X9 with 305 55 20 tires?

?? Has anyone actually had a problem or just that someone could someday have a problem? I personally have never read that someones ball joint has gone out.

the possibility exists- a couple have ripped boots around the joints- personally, i work my truck- ive got the 2.5" (1.75" actual) autospring, and my truck gets a beating on the roads i live on- 4miles of rutted rarely maintained 30-40 deg. grade dirt/gravel roads and my truck just got a clean bill of health on its 15000 mile checkup- guess its a truck by truck basis

few popped up with problems already....I dont want to have such issues with my rig. Since the angle is much higher than OEM spec. it is possible to run into such problem (premature ball joint wear). I guess I need to do a survey on this forum to find out what percentage of people have this issue. Maybe it is with combination of wheels and leveling kit???? e.g. wrong offset of rims...hmmm
