Turn signal switch

I have been noticing my signals will not cancel until the wheel is almost straight. If I make a sharp turn it will not cancel like normal or until before the wheel is completely straight. Anybody else notice this or do I need to take mine into the dealer and get it checked out? Maybe normal on these trucks but my 02 F-150 never did this or our Rangers either for that matter

Thanks, I thought I was going nuts for a while. It's kind aggravating if you ask me. Why they changed this after all these years is way beyond me.

Yes it is really irritating.. Sometimes I just have to kind of cranked the wheel in the opposite direction for it to shut off. But oh well..

I have gotten into the habit of "flicking" the turn signal off when
the turn is almost completed. I wish it would "self cancel" without
the wheel having to be completely straight.

Its a PITA having to overcorrect every time I turn a corner to get it to cancel. What was Ford thinking?
