Got My Wheels Today...
Well, today, I received my 22" Liquid Metal Magma Wheels, shod in 305/45-22 Nitto NT420S tires, from Discount Tire Direct.
I ordered them about a month ago and they finally came in from the manufacturer and I finally got them today...
Here are what they look like:

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the look... BUT, I have a problem...

It appears that they took the liberty of curbing one of my wheels for me so I don't have to later on...
Am I just being **** here?
The scrape in those last pictures is on the inside of the wheel.
The rest seem to be fine, although I just got home and haven't had a chance to look at them in the sunlight...
Should I be fretting about it?
Will this impact the way the tire is balanced?
I actually paid extra for their "Roadforce" balancing.
Does anyone know if this can potentially cause a problem?
For those of you who have ordered tire/wheel packages on the internet, is this how they came shipped to you?
What do you all think?

they look good but those scratches pretty bad even though they are on the inside. Are there any on the outside? If there is one little scratch on the outside I would definitly send them back and complain. They shouldnt do that.
EDIT: Wait, there are scratches on the outside!! SEND THEM BACK!! thats terrible that they sent you those.

I can't believe that the card-board did that though. .

I actually don't think the cardboard did it... I'm thinking it was the friendly UPS guy who was probably a little disturbed that he had to handle four of them big ol' heavy things...

I'd return them if there was the SLIGHTEST scratch on the outside of the rim. However, do you know if they're painted or powdercoated? If it bothers you bad enough theres a few options, you could just touch them up with some paint or use a permanent marker. I used to use the permanent marker all the time on my black wheels on my dirt bikes.
If you bought 'em locally would you accept the damage or would you take them back?
Why let the people you bought from on the internet get away with that? They are probably hoping that you do by doing nothing.
Buying on the internet is fine if everything goes well, but nothing beats being able to go talk to the guy who sold your stuff to you, as well as whomever installed the parts.
Saving money isn't really such a savings if you have to settle for less than you expected, and paid for...

I would touch them up and get on with it.
It's on the back side, which will soon enough be covered in grime and brake dust that will more than likely never be cleaned off anyway... and the entire back side of the wheel isn't painted solid either. Looks like mostly overspray from painting the front on non-visible surfaces.
I would slap a little black touchup paint on that area and put them on the truck.
I would contact them and send them those pictures though... you never know, they may refund some $ for damages.
