has anyone had this problem? the motor is running when the switch is pressed up or down, but the window doesn't move. It just so happens that this happened when the window was all the way down. I think probably the plastic gear broke. the truck is still under warranty so i guess i will bring it in. Has anyone else had this problem and maybe can it be something else other than the plastic gear?

 

The cable may be broken. The replacement regulators are available for about $95.00 and are pretty easy to replace.

 

The regulator is probably broken. Happened on mine last year.
